A long drink for when you're really thirsty (breastfeeeding, anyone..!). Get a double whammy of enjoyment and goodness with a bit a bit of a health kick from the ginger and plenty of fruit and veg juice.

Ingredients

175ml carrot and apple juice
1 shot measure (25ml) ginger syrup
10ml lime juice

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a tall glass.
